Job Responsibilities:
- Repair and Maintenance of the Restaurant
- Managing Labour Cost and Food Cost
- Strict Execution of all Food Safety Procedures
- Forecasting and Scheduling
- Managing Employee and Customer Concerns
- Financial Reporting
- Creating an Enjoyable and Friendly Work Environment
- Executing all Operational Standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum completed secondary school (Grade 12)
- Has a positive attitude, willing to learn and is a team player!
- Preferred, quick service restaurant experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a general manager in the food service industry.
