Job Description:
Risk monitoring: evaluating the performance of lending portfolios, and the performance of your campaigns and lending strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- The design and testing of retail lending strategies: approval, line management, pricing, limits, authorization.
- Campaign strategy: looking for opportunities to drive revenue then design campaigns, evaluate challenger performance, and make recommendations to leadership
- Credit data science team on scorecards and segmentation
- Business teams on product design
- Legal on policy and fairness
- Finance on profitability
- Technology on strategy deployment and tooling
- Use data to make better decisions
- Take ownership and ship it
- Release incrementally and iteratively

Job Requirements:
- Experience in retail lending: credit risk, credit product management, collections
- Experience with statistical analysis: experimental design, champion/challenger (or A/B) testing, model accuracy, optimal threshold, decision trees
- Leadership experience: managing technical teams, project management
- Excellent communication: ability to tailor a narrative to the audience
- Strong data skills: dashboards, reporting, visualization, data manipulation
