Job Description:
Provide exceptional customer service and assist in the operation of the sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or expired product.
- Assist customers by promoting products and services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
- Escalate appropriate services and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager, as required.
- Greet all customers in a polite and courteous manner.
- Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, securing merchandise, targeting high sink items.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns to management as appropriate.
- Receive and store the goods, use equipment appropriately, manage required documents, records and other documents.
