Job Description:
Your role, which will take place both at the office and in the field, will primarily involve implementing and carrying out plans for engineering, tracking deliverables from vendors and rolling out construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring important capital projects for rail development (planning, preparing and implementing);
- Participating in the coordination of various projects/contracts and ensuring proper implementation of activities in terms of quality, cost and timelines;
- Defining and overseeing which standards and working methods to apply;
- Working with the team (internal and external) to ensure compliance in terms of technical expertise and participating in problem solving activities related to these projects;
- Leading project follow-up meetings or site meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
- Working with the project management team in order to align with and meet the internal governance requirements;
- Ensuring that needs are defined, monitoring work progress performed by different work teams and communicating with involved stakeholders (internal and/or external);
- Collaborating with the stakeholders to ensure operational feasibility of projects/work while complying with operational constraints and providing recommendations;
