Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out benefits management
  • Take on special projects related to process improvement in the Corporate Project Management Office
  • Prepare the Corporate Project Management Office s quarterly newsletter with the Community of Practice
  • Improve processes/methods and coordinate various activities within the Corporate Project Management Office
  • Gradually implement the benefits realization management process within the organization according to the maturity of each line of business and taking into account organizational limitations
  • Plan and lead monthly meetings in the Corporate Project Management Office.
  • Carry out change management during the implementation process by communicating with training and managing the expectations of all stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with and knowledge of project management tools and methodologies such as Microsoft SharePoint Project OnlineBachelor s degree
  • in information technology engineering or administration master s degree or training in project management an asset.
  • Experience in portfolio management such as project governance managing dashboards/project performance and related tools a combination of experience and training will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of Power BI an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PMI project management framework.
  • Experience developing deploying or improving business process and experience in change management.
