Job Description:
The Product Manager is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product’s lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, understand and represent business needs, problems, processes and objectives that the product or feature will fulfill – ie. better design, code, solution.
- Manage the product change implementation plans, activities, testing, scheduling, execution, resources and deadlines and support the different teams through all the phases of the product.
- Market the product vision while aligning and motivating all stakeholders to turn that vision into reality.
- Design the product roadmap to reach the vision and build the actionable plan to solve customer problems based on recommendations.
- Prioritize product change backlog of features, capabilities and user requested changes while maximizing resources and balancing the cost and benefits of each decision.
- Understand the market landscape and product domain. Monitor the market, research trends, statistics, reports and develop analyses.
- Define the product vision by determining the product evolution strategy to optimize the product to achieve the business goals while maximizing business value/ROI.
Job Requirements:
- Over 6 years of relevant experience as Product Manager, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst and/or Business Support Analyst.
- Being a certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile Product Manager Certification is an asset
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related engineering field
- Must be fluently bilingual in English and French.
