Job Description:

Provide information on hotel facilities and services;

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients/guests with special needs;
  • Process group arrivals and departures;
  • Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying);
  • Handle wake-up calls;
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms;
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area;
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations;
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and claims;
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures;
  • Provide customer service;
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms;
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages;
  • Process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments;
