Job Description:
Managing and maintaining the Security Operations environment in Vancity’s ServiceNow platform including SIR and VR
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhancement, development, and maintenance of the SIR and VR modules
- Analysis of metrics to determine further process and module efficiencies
- Managing the Information Security team RBAC
- Adhering to the organizational change management requirements
- Ensuring to stay up to date and evaluate new tools and techniques to contribute to the overall efficiency of the platform
- Integration with other tools and systems, such as Splunk, Microsoft, Tenable, Tanium and/or RedSeal, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience with developing workflows to automate processes
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or other relevant degree
- Minimum 3 years ServiceNow experience
- Fundamental skills of ITSM processes
- ServiceNow certification(s)
- A basic understanding of relevant cyber security policies and procedures
