Job Description:
As the Project Manager, Technology, you will work collaboratively with the Director, Technology and Network Operations to manage and execute technical projects to support the operations of the CDL program. Key project areas will include the development of Salesforce Community Portal, delivery and improvement of core CDL
Job Responsibilities:
- Serving as a resource on specific issues to a group of specialists
- Analyzing, recommending and designing technical solutions for highly complex IT problems
- Conducting needs assessments to determine end-user technical requirements
- Planning and implementing components of IT related projects
- Planning and estimating financial resources required for programs and/or projects
Job Requirements:
- Management of technical product development (e.g. software or hardware)
- Minimum five (5) years recent and related experience as a project manager in a technical field
- Demonstrated success of software development and release processes
- Demonstrated experience with technical software (e.g. Jira, Salesforce, Slack, Airtable, Zoom, Google)
- PMP – Project Management Certificate
