Job Description:
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion is a high priority for Uber, and we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Head of Employee Resource Groups to play a meaningful role in owning and driving Uber’s Global Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Global Head of ERGs – Provide governance, ownership, and oversight for Uber’s approach to ERGs, including, but not limited to:
- Crafting and ensuring the ERG strategy is aligned with Uber’s Global DEI Strategy
- Playing the role of SME, mentor, and partner to Global ERG leaders
- Driving strategic planning meetings with the CEO and ELT
- Helping to identify and collaborate with Executive Sponsors
- Measuring and supervising the efficiency of programs
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to build persuasive and clear written communications
- A problem solver and critical thinker – able to navigate complexities and divided opinions
- Attention to detail
