Job Description:

Develop recommendations to improve business and operational processes that supports a tenant centric delivery model

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support a reporting system that includes tenant related social-economic data and performance information on program delivery of engagement, partnerships, social procurement and community development.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered in accordance with internal, resident, shareholder, or other requirements
  • Conduct research on best practices and maintains up to date knowledge about customer service and experience strategies and translates it into the TCHC context
  • Develop reports, papers, briefing notes, and presentations for internal use and to communicate to stakeholders
  • Lead related business intelligence and data analytics projects
  • Support Data analytics with cross City divisional stakeholders related to tenant safety and wellbeing.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • 5 years of experience (work or co-op) in a large public corporate environment in one or more of the following areas: policy analysis or development, performance measurement, customer service/experience strategies, market research, strategic planning, creation and monitoring of accountability systems.
  • Proficiency with computerized business applications including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software applications.
  • Excellent project management, conflict resolution and organizational skills
  • Post-secondary education (graduate degree preferred) in business administration or other relevant field (e.g. public policy, commerce, law, communications, social policy)
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, prepare reports and statements.
