Job Responsibilities:
- Optimize applications for customer needs, maximizing usability and function
- Contribute to scoping, development meetings, code reviews and project meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to analyze technical system requirements/problems, in order to design and implement effective solutions
- Strong leadership on API best practices, security and quality
- Design and develop highly scalable, extensible services
Job Requirements:
- Expert-level skills developing GraphQL APIs and GraphQL schema design
- Experience with service-based architectures and microservices
- 2 or more years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Senior level experience designing, developing and delivering complex technical software solutions (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) for new and existing systems
- 5 or more years of experience developing and maintaining APIs
