Job Description:
As a Senior Privacy Advisor in Digital Health, you will influence TELUS’ innovation in the health sector. Your ability to provide analysis and guidance, combined with a keen interest in privacy will help meet the data and privacy needs of TELUS Health.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide the Health Privacy leadership with recommendations on how to best address privacy gaps
- Participate in Privacy Impact Assessments, identify risks and provide corresponding recommendations to leadership
- Gather, document, analyze, and advise on privacy requirements for data initiatives and product releases
- Monitor privacy trends in the broader health system environment and deliver analysis of potential impact to TELUS Health’s information and privacy practices
Job Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years relevant experience such as analyst, advisor or planning roles
- Can demonstrate an understanding of privacy best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Have experience with digital health systems like Electronic Medical Records or Clinical Information Systems
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize, research, analyze and present relevant information
