Job Description:
Our Restaurant Success team is responsible for recruiting, welcoming, and ensuring that we are creating long-lasting relationships built on value and trust with our partners. It’s not just about driving sales, it’s about understanding what our partners are trying to accomplish for their business and building a road map that helps them get there faster
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team to activate relevant initiatives in your territory in order to drive growth and increase brand awareness
- The Territory Manager role is key to helping our partners develop within Skip”s network through strategic guidance, sharing operational expertise, recognizing opportunities, and supporting them with their needs
- Conduct consultative business reviews with the restaurants in your territory in order to help them achieve their personal business goals
- Analyze the performance of your restaurants and provide strategic and sound guidance on potential opportunities
- Work alongside other internal stakeholders and contribute to improving the way we support our partners
- Be the face of SkipTheDishes by establishing yourself in the restaurant and hospitality landscape within your market
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with hours to accommodate the restaurant partners
- Knowledge of the local restaurant industry considered an asset
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with business partners
- Willing to be in the field and have a valid Driver”s License
- Ability to work independently, with excellent organizational skills
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, account management, operations, retail, hospitality, or in a comparable position
- Strong communication skills
