Job Description:
The Manager will be the strategic liaison for internal partners within the Foundation (Brand Strategy & Communications, Stewardship and Donor Relations.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and delivering experiential brand marketing support to drive fundraising activity;
- Execute memorable engagements within donor-led fundraising initiatives;
- Enable streamlined communication with internal stakeholder teams, driving efficiencies and effectiveness to deliver a best-in-class SickKids Foundation experience;
- Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan, budget and resource allocation for Activation team;
- Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of the team during campaign periods to maximize ROI of team and resources;
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in brand marketing, fundraising and project management with experience in activating campaigns and events;
- University or College Degree in marketing, event marketing or fundraising or other applicable disciplines;
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with comfort working with executives within an organization;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams;
