Job Description:

The Manager will be the strategic liaison for internal partners within the Foundation (Brand Strategy & Communications, Stewardship and Donor Relations.)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing and delivering experiential brand marketing support to drive fundraising activity;
  • Execute memorable engagements within donor-led fundraising initiatives;
  • Enable streamlined communication with internal stakeholder teams, driving efficiencies and effectiveness to deliver a best-in-class SickKids Foundation experience;
  • Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan, budget and resource allocation for Activation team;
  • Oversee and project manage the development of tools and resources for Corporate and Community Partnership team’s use to engage their donors, customers, employees and event participants;

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in brand marketing, fundraising and project management with experience in activating campaigns and events;
  • University or College Degree in marketing, event marketing or fundraising or other applicable disciplines;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with comfort working with executives within an organization;
