Job Description:
The Cash Wrap Coordinator ensures the cash wrap team is exceeding the clients’ expectations through consistent coaching, all while maintaining smooth functioning of all operational procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a line jester when long lines form.
- Coach cashiers to achieve goal in all metrics as they relate to our CLI performance: overall checkout experience, wait time, sampling, Beauty Insider appreciation and client appreciation.
- Supervise, train and coach cashiers to develop their client service and POS skills.
- Maintain cash wrap P.R.I.D.E. visual standards, which includes Beauty to Go.
- Recognize and celebrate any positive performance of the cashiers.
- Communicate any unsatisfactory performance and policy violations to leadership team in a consistent fashion.
