Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the internal communications & employer branding team to drive integrated campaigns from both an internal and external lens
  • Proactively own the external earned media and PR strategy and execution (both corporate and commercial PR) to support the brand strategy and corporate narrative
  • Develop key communication materials including press releases, media pitches, paid editorials and sponsorships that support company strategy and vision
  • Develop, plan, and lead all aspects of external communication initiatives that increase awareness and enhance the Sephora brand with key partners – customers, media, and general public
  • Partner and consult with colleagues across marketing and cross functional teams to build compelling content and campaigns that drive earned media

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful traditional and new media outreach activities/campaigns
  • A passion to drive Sephora’s brand and commercial agenda through external communications/PR
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • 10+ years of experience in External Communications, PR and Media Relations
  • Polished written and oral communications skills, with an ability to develop compelling storytelling and narratives
  • Excellent understanding of public relations
