As a Data Analyst, you will use all aspects of data & analytics and drive large-scale, continuous experimentation initiatives to guide decision making and deliver high-quality insights. Each day you will face new challenges and learning is a necessary part of the job – where predictive modeling, big data technologies and statistical analysis are part of your daily routine.

Job Responsibilities:

Writing Python scripts in a Jupyter Notebook environment to conduct exploratory data analysis, data wrangling, statistical testing, and predictive modeling.
Becoming the resident expert in the relevant datasets within your analytics domain.
Learning cloud-based analytics environments and big data tools to build analytics workflows on terabytes of data.
Building dashboards and visualizations to convey insights and deliver reports on KPIs and test results using Power BI.
Collaborating with IT and the Data Scientists to identify technical & data requirements to deploy analytic solutions catered to the business.
Building modular data structures and models in collaboration with data engineers to support continuous experimentation.
Formulating testable hypotheses that align with business questions and executing statistical experiments in a live environment.
Writing SQL scripts to automate data pipelines and workflows.
Working closely with stakeholders to understand business questions, processes, and KPIs.
Mentor and cross-train data analysts in experimentation best practices and statistical designs.
Finding unique and creative insights that identify new opportunities to drive business value.

Job Requirements:

Expertise in SQL.
Knowledge of experimental design principles such as A/B and multivariate testing, as well as experience working with business stakeholders to formulate testable hypotheses.
Experience with coding in Python. Experience in other programming languages such as Java, Scala, or JavaScript is a plus.
A problem solver with strong analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Effective in task management and deliver high quality work.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with a visualization and reporting tool, such as Power BI and Tableau.
A working knowledge of cloud environments, such as Azure, GCP or AWS. Experience with cloud environments and big data tools, such as Spark and Databricks is a plus.
An exceptional written and verbal communicator with the ability to communicate a story with data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
A quick learner.
An understanding of advanced analytics and data science methods such as anomaly detection, forecasting, as well as supervised and unsupervised learning.
