Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
- Processing all guest orders in the Micros Point of Sale (POS)
- Execute delivery of all food and beverage in an efficient and professional manner
- Provide guests with exceptional customer service
- Process all customer bills and payments
- Complete end of day cash-out procedures, ensuring accuracy of deposit
- Maintain a high level of safety and sanitation standards
- Cleaning of tables/counters
- Monitor and order packaging supply inventory
- Stocking of beverage coolers, coffee station/take out supplies, and retail
- Assist with the opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Setup and teardown of tables, chairs, décor and AV
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Previous working experience preferred
- ProServe Certification preferred
