Job Description:

Responsible for building and overseeing the execution multi-channel customer journeys in channels like email, push and SMS messages. The specialist will be building emails, overseeing the execution of sends and reporting results based on the brand strategies. They will be building scalable processes for the team to ensure we’re operating effectively and efficiently;

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop testing and QA strategies for campaign optimization and to ensure accurate and error-free execution of content
  • Understand and ensure email best practices are maintained
  • Build and maintain email lists
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, data and database structure
  • Build, test and deploy campaigns, customer journey’s and triggers
  • Support Manager in the development, communication and presentation of Loyalty strategies and initiatives as subject matter expert on DTC communications and loyalty offers

Job Requirements:

  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Either grocery or retail industry experience an asset
  • CRM capabilities experience, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 3-5 years experience in a Marketing/Loyalty Marketing Role, with direct
  • Forecasting Experience
  • Bilingual (French & English, written and spoken)
