Coordinates the planning and development of systems for the Councils. Provides business analysis, manages development and implementation of new systems. Coordinates concurrent competition support for multiple programs. Identifies opportunities for technical and procedural enhancements.
- Experience in administrating, developing or configuring Microsoft Dynamics;
- Sound experience working in a Client Service environment;
- Sound experience analyzing and resolving system user issues.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite, various software tools and web-based technologies;
- Knowledge of industry trends, development and techniques related to Microsoft Dynamics;
- Knowledge of current and emerging systems software, hardware, network and telecommunications technologies;
