Job Description:

Knowledge of adult education principles would be an asset.
Ability to think critically and effectively in order to prioritize needs in emergency situations
Highly effective decision making, problem solving, and organizational skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Commitment to working co-operatively within the Women’s and Children’s Program
Reliable and flexible individual to work as part of a diverse work team
Demonstrated interest in the philosophy supporting Family Centered Care
Demonstrated commitment to positively supporting PRHC’s values

Ability to assess, monitor and provide care for neonates in a 2B level NICU; and stabilization/preparation for transfer of any neonates requiring a higher level of care
Current BCLS required
Current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
