Job Description:
Pembina Pipeline is seeking an Analyst, Logistics to join our Transmission Pipelines Business Unit (TBU). Reporting to the Manager, Logistics, the Analyst will be responsible for scheduling and confirming gas movement on one of Pembina’s major pipeline systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute gas scheduling processes to ensure consistent and accurate scheduling of the pipeline;
- Analyze the pipeline nomination process for accuracy, reasonability, and pipeline capacity;
- Support customers in accessing transportation and hub services;
- Respond to customer queries providing technical advice and problem solving for customers;
- Resolve customer complaints and requests;
- Assist customers in execution of transactions including nominations, imbalance trading and Pre-Determined Allocation (PDA) entry;
- Provide training to customers on system and business policies/procedures;
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of natural gas industry experience;
- Exceptional customer service skills and business acumen;
- An entrepreneurial attitude;
