Job Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable long term relationships with the community
  • Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
  • Assist the Store Manager and ASMs in achieving P&L and sales targets
  • Be committed to maintaining merchandising, operational standards and accountable for financial objectives
  • Be potentially managing and operating multiple department operations.
  • Work in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager to execute business plans
  • Be constantly on the lookout for great talent to join our team
  • Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth
  • Work in collaboration with the Store Manager and ASMs to execute business plans
  • Monitor the competitive env
  • Work with colleagues to improve productivity, engagement and retention
  • Promote/support superior customer relations and provide customers with the “Ultimate Shopping Experience”

Job Requirements:

  • Travel within the province may be required
  • Experience managing retail operations
  • Experience managing within a large format retail environment
  • The ability to lead, coach, and motivate colleagues
  • Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results, every day
  • Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, engagement, and retention
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty
