Job Description:
The Operational Readiness & Transition Planning Project team is critical to managing the direct and indirect impact of the project on the patient and staff experience. This team is also integral to identifying, defining, organizing, and implementing all of the deliverables and tasks that are required for the activation and occupation of new spaces in a logical, timely, safe and cost-effective manner
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in optimizing the goals of Renew Sinai, by leading process improvement workshops to recognize opportunities to enhance service delivery and workflows
- Ensure the Patient Experience, Quality Aims and Operational Performance of Sinai Health System are integrated into the Operational Readiness & Transition Planning
- Lead detailed operational phasing in collaboration with departments ensuring the maintenance of transitional operations
- Coordinate and support work plan development and progress monitoring of select integrated working groups and committees
Job Requirements:
- PMP preferred (applicants with their PMP in progress may be considered)
- Lean Certification, with a minimum of Green Belt preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of recent healthcare experience, preferably with supervisory or management experience demonstrating expertise in a healthcare environment
- Applicants with proven equivalent recent and related training and experience may be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science or related discipline from a recognized academic institution
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare capital redevelopment project, preferably with a focus on Operational Readiness & Transition Planning
