Job Description:
Reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement & Retention, Protection Solutions, the Sales Manager will closely collaborate with the sales and functional teams within the organization and will provide ongoing leadership to an agile and high performing team of Licensed Sales Enablement Agents and Licensed Insurance Advisors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a professional, high-performing team through effective recruitment, ongoing mentoring, coaching, and feedback to support optimal performance and development of team members
- Develop clear and measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with defined sales targets and to execute against organizational priorities
- Ensure that established objectives in sales, service, quality and productivity are achieved in a rapidly changing environment that supports multiple product lines
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to identify continuous improvement opportunities and assist in the delivery and adoption of sales enablement strategies
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, operational process and services provided by Affinity Markets
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership skills in developing, motivating and supporting a team
- Strong business acumen and experienced in identifying and articulating business needs
- Experienced in driving sales related change management initiatives
