Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Messaging team providing subject matter expertise in messaging/collaboration technologies within Information Services.
- M365 Teams – Teams Only – environment.
- Hybrid Exchange – M365 Exchange Online and Exchange 2016 on premise;
- Manage the design, implementation, maintenance and disaster recovery for the ICBC messaging environment consisting of:
- Email sanitation through M365 Exchange Online Protection;
- Electronic FAX connectors on premise;
Job Requirements:
- Exchange Hybrid connector to M365 Exchange Online
- Modern Authentication
- Retention Policy – applying policy to Exchange Online
- Data Loss Prevention rules setup and monitoring
- Exchange 2016 on premise platform support
- Exchange Online protection – design, setup, configuration, monitoring
- Powershell scripting
- Exchange 2016 on premise to Exchange Online mailbox migrations
- M365 TEAMS
- Office 365 Message Encryption – leveraging with DLP
- M365 Defender products (formerly ATP) – e.g. Safe Attachments, Safe Links
