Customer Program Manager (UX/CX)

Job Description:

This position will ultimately be responsible for customer experience design, creating digital channels that enhance existing services, introduce new services and offer innovative solutions to better anticipate and meet the needs of customers through various digital channels including: website, customer portals, mobile applications, chat and interactive voice recognition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance data for the purpose of managing the service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Jointly with senior executives, develop and manage 5-year business plans and budgets.
  • Perform UX audits, establish the system of UX benchmarks to monitor UX design quality of the solutions built.
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction associated with delivery of these programs.
  • Serve as a SME in User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) Design, maintain consistency of CX across multiple channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Include resolving customer complaints and concerns.
  • Social sciences, digital media and marketing.
  • Requires a knowledge of such disciplines as business administration.
  • Establish and maintain good customer and public relationships.
