Job Description:
Working as a partner with your assigned client group, the Human Resources Business Partner will deliver high quality client service. You will work closely with your clients to optimize organizational performance, shape culture and build employee engagement through leading human resources management practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with a team of HR professionals toward shared objectives.
- Leading, coaching and supervising HR employee(s).
- Developing and implementing HR activities in support of local needs and corporate initiatives.
- Acting as a strategic business partner to ensure human resources strategies and practices are customized to support the client’s business needs.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in researching and analyzing strategic and operational HR issues for clients and providing advice/guidanc
- An equivalent combination of experience, education, training and/or experience may be accepted.
- Experience in supervision or mentoring
- Degree from a recognized university in a field relevant to the work to be performed.
