Job Description:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Client Engagement Representative/ SIS Designate provides operational and front line support in the execution of Faculty of Science, Trades and Technology Operations strategic initiatives, focusing on client engagement and student registration activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration, Human Services, Business/Communications, or Related Discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Colleague/student records system preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Demonstrated planning, problem solving and effective communication skills along with high-level attention to detail
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience gained as a team player in an academic, customer service environment; able to prioritize stakeholder needs
