Job Description:

Accountable for executing day-to-day HRMS administration and data management, i.e. processing all transactions, maintaining the highest level of data integrity, timeliness and confidentiality. Providing analytical support to the Total Rewards function to improve processes and services, i.e. extract, analyze and report on human resource data to support the integration of HR analytics into HR related decision making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, update and document HR technology workflows, instructions and processes
  • Input and maintain all defined HR data on Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for interface to Payroll and related HR systems
  • Develop and prepare statistical summaries and special reports from the HRMS which may include information such as employee turnover, headcount, performance data, skills, etc.
  • Undertake quality checks of data; liaison with HR and Payroll to maintain data integrity and processing timelines
  • Act as primary HRMS support resource and look for continuous improvement opportunities in both HRMS and related processing
  • Conduct regular audits of HRMS data to ensure its accuracy and completeness

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including balancing multiple responsibilities and effectively meeting deadlines
  • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills with superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Being adaptable and able to work in a changing environment
  • Capacity to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
