Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning and leading the development and implementation of procurement, schedule and risk management plans.
  • Providing financial support for the project budget management cycle.
  • Developing project procurement plans, preparing specifications and statements of work for goods and services and directing the establishment of contracts in support of various project activities and requests.
  • Monitoring and assessing project’s activities and reporting on project performance commitments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project briefs, charters, and reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing consultations with internal and external stakeholders*.
  • Experience presenting results, reports, or studies to committees and working groups.
  • Experience developing standards, guidelines and best practices in the following fields: mechanical, electrical, or ship-building.
  • Experience managing human resources (full range of human resource management responsibilities including managing direct reports, performance evaluations, and recruitment)..
