Job Description:
Support the experience of our internal and external clients by reviewing requests for use of our meeting and specialty spaces in our Vancouver location by qualifying requests against our governance model
Job Responsibilities:
- Report on activity, metrics and KPIs though systems analysis as well as physical monitoring of space usage
- Assist with event set ups and resets as needed
- Liaising with broader team (events, security, IT, catering, operations, etc.) to validate/confirm space requirements and feasibility to host
- Manage online booking system, input all bookings and pull regular utilization reports
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on process design and modifications for Deloitte Summit
- Coordinate small/simple internal meetings, acting as client point of contact and liaising with internal teams to ensure all required items are requested and coordinated
- Provide back-up for Reception desk
- Assist with event execution as needed
Job Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- 2-5 years’ work experience in customer service, professional services, or a scheduling environment
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and iOS devices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Flexibility with work hours to support the needs of the business
- This position may require overtime
- Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple priorities in a high pressure, client focused environment
- High attention to detail and task orientation with an ability to problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
