Job Description:

We are looking for human resources advisors, more specifically in staffing and labor relations, at the HR/RH-02 (PE-01) level.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other operations teams as well as colleagues in other HR disciplines to take advantage of opportunities and efficiency improvement initiatives across HR.
Work closely with management to fully understand the needs and their organizational issues.
Communicate information to advisors on your team to identify and create joint project opportunities that serve the best interests of your clients.

A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Second language evaluation
Three years of experience in a title or human resources related field.
Certificate in a human resources discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution.
