Job Description:
The role of Specialist Solution Design is responsible for producing technology solutions aligned with business objectives within a specific field of expertise and associated set of technology capabilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify any special requirements for transition-to-core
- Provide technical assistance and direction to delivery teams.
- Ensure alignment of the schedule with the functional team in line with domain(s) of expertise
- Responsible for ensuring the blueprint, which covers domain(s) of expertise, complies with CN Information Security
- Participation in product and vendor selections (RFP/RFI/RFQ)
- Oversee solution delivery to ensure alignment with blueprint and adjust blueprint as required
- Lead low/medium complexity blueprints and/or participate in high complexity blueprints
- Estimate efforts of work breakdown structure elements associated with domain(s) of expertise
- Translate a portion of the high-level solution architecture document into existing capabilities available within the domain(s) of expertise
- Define testing strategy and align with the functional team in with domain(s) of expertise
- Work with Project Manage r to adjust deliverables and timelines as required.
- Provide technical leadership and coordination between various delivery teams.
- Support the Enterprise & Solution Architect during their requirements phase as well as providing expertise on current capabilities to build the high-level architecture
- If needed, define new capabilities required by the project as identified by architecture; ensure maximum standardization in the design for deployment. Instruct and host workshops to determine sizing.

- Knowledge of IT security principles
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Sense of prioritization for meeting deadlines
- Good knowledge in domain(s) of expertise
- Very good technical documentation skills
- Proactive, able to plan, address or mitigate technical risk
- Ability to estimate efforts and costs required for delivery
- Proven experience delivering technology projects involving multiple parties
- Ability to lead in ambiguous situations
- For SAP, Good knowledge of SAP solution (MM, PM, others please specify)
- Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Good knowledge of software development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree & experience
- Ability to navigate within a complex I&T organization
- S / 4 Hana certification
- Knowledge of other SAP FI modules (General ledger (FI-GL), Financial Accounting (FI-CO)) and FI integration with PM (work order, equipment)
- Minimum of 5-10 years of overall work experience
- Nice to have Knowledge of SAP Arriba modules
- Should have Experience in supporting SAP system and/or in SAP project delivery or any other ERP solutions
- Minimum 4 years’ experience designing and deploying solutions in domain(s) of expertise
- Should have Knowledge and experience of SAP Material Management ( MM )
