Job Description:
Provide 1st & 2nd level support on sites assigned and resolve submitted support tickets globally as required Provide support to shop-floor control, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and support barcoding and thermal printing technologies
- Record, track and escalate incidents using Service Now
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding requirements and tasks for assigned site
- Configure and image workstations, setup tablets, and cell phone devices as required
- Manage and support Audio/Visual conferencing technologies
- Perform security and operating system updates, software deployment and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with IT Operations team members on issues requiring escalation (Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity) such as WAN and network availability
- Support Zebra printers, RFID scanners, barcode scanners, plotters, fabric cutting machines, pattern maker equipment, and down-fill machines
- Assist in IT site builds, moves, and upgrades
Job Requirements:
- A post-secondary education in Information Technology or equivalent
- Microsoft A+, Network+, M365 and Managing Modern Desktops and Devices MD-101T certifications are considered assets
- IT Support experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution facilities
- Experience with compliance and governance frameworks (SOX preferred)
