Job Description:
Be integrated into the project team working on digital shift projects and will work collaboratively with the cgms team. The incumbent will coordinate and facilitate working groups made up of some or all of the following: external consultants, internal staff drawn from the affected business areas, and external users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform other related duties.
- Revising and developing operational policies to reflect changes to granting processes
- Supporting Product Owners in the preparation of briefing notes for decision‐making, the coordination of communication strategies, and other activities related to Digital Shift granting projects
- Revising application guidelines and forms to reflect changes to granting processes
- Developing client supports that provide no-touch and low-touch options for potential grant applicants
- Developing user content for the portal and CGMS systems
- Developing templates and training materials
- Coordinating and facilitating working groups to advise on specific topics
Job Requirements:
- Excellent aptitude for establishing relations, networks and collaborations, including the ability to promote dialogue and obtain consensus
- Strong self‐motivation, organizational and priority management skills
- Two (2) years of experience working with an organization that issues grants and contributions, such as an arts funder, government department or foundation
- Excellent communications skills, the ability to write and speak in clear, accessible and compelling language with a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy
- An undergraduate degree in arts, communications, journalism, business, administration or an equivalent combination of professional experience related to the responsibilities of the position
- Three (3) years of experience directly related to the principal responsibilities of the position
- Strong digital literacy skills and ability to work with new technologies
- Excellent initiative, facilitation, judgment, adaptability, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills
- Critical thinking demonstrated by the ability to structure thought process logically and to weigh pros and cons of potential solutions to problems
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in teams
