Job Description:

The Marketplace Seller Success Manager will utilize data and analytics on a daily basis to uncover opportunities for further sales growth within our seller pool and will work with the eCommerce Retail Team on the online promotional and merchandising plans. You will provide feedback and analysis on funnel performance to internal partners as well as to sellers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works directly with key sellers in an assigned set of categories and responsible for developing and executing the quarterly and annual strategy
  • Delivering category and store level insights, for continuous revenue growth
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Seller Success Team to plan cohesive marketing strategies that drive up Seller GMV and contribute to the overall Best Buy EComm goals & plans
  • Meets targets set for Sellers and accountable categories (monthly/quarterly/annual)
  • Proactively identifies areas requiring improvement (in process or technology); seeks out and recommends solutions (leverages 3rd party research)
  • Expected to take on projects that deliver long-term team success, lead project management decisions

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in account management, ecommerce, sales, business development or related industry
  • You have Hustle! You are resourceful, tenacious, collaborative and have strong business acumen
  • Lead on projects & initiatives on behalf of the team
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Ecommerce
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
