Job Description:

The Manager, Technical Services is responsible for managing a team of Technical and Configuration Analysts. The person who steps into this role will have previous experience in a high-growth organization managing a technical team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed (SSO using SAML or OIDC; ETL; FTP)
  • Manage the Technical Services team and oversee their objectives, processes and metrics to deliver extraordinary client service experiences.
  • Foster team building by encouraging individuals to share knowledge, highlighting problems or critical situations, be pro-active in working together on solutions.
  • Accountable for managing the performance with all individuals, provide the right level of guidance, recognition and challenge
  • Has a good understanding of the key clients and their associated level of configuration requirements and can lead the team to ensure a positive client experience

Job Requirements:

  • High performing coach – an experienced Technical leader who wants to build and grow a like-minded team, with the ability to consult and provide opinion, facilitate discussion and resolve conflict
  • Solid understanding of SSO using SAML or OIDC; ETL; FTP; Web development; PHP; RPA; Python.
  • 3+ years’ experience in people management- provides calm, clear leadership to a group of Technical & Configuration Analysts, with the ability to modify your management style to meet the preferred style of your team members
  • Powerful client advocate – you feel a sense of responsibility and urgency when a client calls for help and communicate that urgency and need for high performance to the team
  • 3+ years’ experience working with a Technical team in a fast-paced SaaS company
