The ITS Case Resolution Specialist for the Information Technology Services (ITS) department needs to independently plan, analyze, diagnose, research, correct, resolve, communicate and document support for hardware, software, applications and services provided to the College community. Particularly, this role is responsible for the analysis and trend identification of recurring issues and participates in the creation, maintenance and support of ITS Knowledge Base articles and support documentation. The incumbent is a case resolution specialist and owns the lifecycle of a received case to Information Technology Services from creation to resolution.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a technical client service representative; including 1 year of concurrent experience as a computer technician and client facing front-line client service supporting IT services and technology.
- Minimum two (2) year diploma or equivalent Computer Systems Technician;
