Job Description:
Adecco is currently recruiting for Human Resources Analyst for a 6-month contract with possibility of extension on our Crown Corporation Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it. This opportunity will be remote until further notice, but may require on-site hybrid work scheduling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and create weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to meet and provide the information to the Human Resources department;
- Use MS access and Power BI to effectively generate reports as required;
- Provide professional correspondence and accurate timelines to clients for the appropriate reports;
- Take action and lead manual intervention on existing reporting processes to gather more accurate information;
- Other business requirements as they become available;
- Support Ad Hoc requests from department VPs/Managers to support business actions and reporting;
- Support the client’s Human resources team in business reporting and analysis;
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Power BI or a similar tool would be considered an asset;
- Bilingualism in both French and English would be considered a strong asset for this role.
- Academic: Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Data analysis and reporting
- A high level of ability with MS Access, with the ability to create and generate reports within the tool;
- Experience with high-level coordination and communication to various aspects of the business;
- 2+ years of experience with the full Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, word, excel, Outlook);
- 1+ years of experience generating HR reports to all levels of management;
